Sanara Standard Home Appliance Package | Pre-purchase agreement

PURCHASE AGREEMENT
INVOICING: Customer must inform JKB Interiors (Jaco Kitchen & Bath SLR / Cedula ____) their corporate invoicing information immediately after purchase if a factura electronica is required. Please email info@jkbinteriors the following information:

• Name of the corporation to receive the invoice
• Registered email address used to receive invoices
• Cedula Juridica ID Number

Payment terms: Payment must be received in its entirety prior to delivery of the items. Deposit of a minimum of 60% of the purchase price must be made to place order. The remaining balance must be paid on or before January 15, 2025.
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Delivery: First quarter of 2025, unless delayed by importation.
Storage: At Sanara until Buyer's residence is ready for storage.
Installation: When Buyer's residence interior is complete. Professional installation is included in the package.
WARRANTY: You'll receive user manuals and warranty cards with each appliance. Please read these carefully and keep them for future reference.
Manufacturer warranty provided by Frigidaire & our Costa Rican distributor GMG COMERCIAL COSTA RICA SA. Buyers are advised to register products with Frigidaire. For warranty related service, contact GMG Comercial Costa Rica SA.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All sales are final.
FORCE MAJEURE: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, political conflict, fire, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, pandemic, or supply chain disruptions. The affected party shall promptly notify the other & make reasonable efforts to fulfill their obligations. If the event persists for over 180 days, either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
DISPUTES: To be resolved through mediation or arbitration if necessary.
GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
